Learn how to awaken a keen sense of awareness toward your whole being, practice deep relaxation for releasing stress and recharging in daily life, and develop oneness of body, mind, and breath through Meditation and Qigong/TaiChi practice. Experience Balance, Flow, and Expansion in everyday life.  

For schools and institutions there is a two-hour session minimum.

An eight-session package for foundation-building is suggested.
